I spent most of my 20's renting an apartment looking out onto this block which is littered with some of the most beautiful and colourful Victorian era heritage homes. Sandwiched between Broadway and 12th; somehow you could hear a pin drop, or an entire conversation of the cyclists traversing the city on w10th and watch the season change the trees through your window.
